Payment And Shipping

Currently we only take Direct Deposits / Bank Transfers from our online shop. (From our Trademe shop we accept Credit Cards and Visa Debit Cards. Click here to see our Trademe Auctions)

We currently have two bank accounts. One is for internet transfers and the other is for manual deposits at the bank.(Please be sure to use the correct account.)

Please remember to use your Order/Auction number as a reference. The order number will be e-mailed to you once you have confirmed the order. (Without a propper refernace number the items will take longe to ship)

Most New Zealand banks take one business day to process transactions. On the weekend it takes a bit longer. Weekend transaction usually shows on the Tuesday after the weekend. We check our accounts daily and will send the items as soon as the money has cleared.

Shipping

All of our shipping is done with reputable courier companies. We do this because the extra 50c you pay will give a tracking number and the insurance that your item will arrive safely at your door step.

Rural Shipping Addresses and PO.Boxes

Unfortunatilly we need to charge extra for rural addresses. But if you have a PO.Box we can send it to you at normal rates.
