ABEC 9 bearings are the highest rated precision bearings. (ABEC is the standards system used to rate precision bearings. ABEC 1 is the lowest and ABEC 9 the highest rating.) They have two plastic seals that can be removed to clean the bearings. 608 is the size bearings used on most of todays skateboards and roller blades.

These bearings are highly recommended. The Black Chrome and Red seals makes them stand out. Very fast!!!
